Today noticed1080p 60fps horizon steady footage is very jittery.

It's like the image gets "stuck" for a bit, especially with panning  Then it catches up, but misses what's in between.
This is visible on the screen of the Action 2, whilst panning, especially up and down.

My action 2 has the same problem. And has had it since day 1. When not filming under direct sunlight any footage, all the footage has so much grain and jitter. Anything filmed in any mode above iso 400 has serious grain and jitter. I must say im disapointed paying full price for this camera, any mobile phone has better footage and less grain, noise and jittering footage...

All cameras with electronic image stabilisation can have problems in less than ideal light, because they need a shutter speed of around 1/300 for EIS processing.  Step one, if only to experiment and test, turn off EIS.

No. This is something else.

This problem only seems to affect 1080p/60fps footage.

With horizon balancing.

I haven't noticed this on other resolutions during viewing on a smartphone, but will check on the bigger screen later.

I have the same problem here. It's super frustrating and I've just emailed DJI about it tonight. Glad I'm not the only one and definitely a firmware issue. Same level of darkness in the room and it works fine on all the modes other than:
Horizon Balancing -> 48fps, 50fps and 60fps in 1080p or 1080 power save.
Really bad for a camera that's less than a year old. They need to stop popping these cameras out so frequently and neglecting the previous year's model.

I connected via wifi to my phone and did a screen recording which can be seen here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ds694mso5aoj3j1/Screen_Recording_20230106_185357.mp4?dl=0

The actual footage recorded onto the internal memory though seems to be jitter-free, seen here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/j5ve6d8dgvx52mt/dji_mimo_20230106_185350_117_1673031280944_video.mp4?dl=0
P.S hyperlinking in this forum doesn't seem to be working for me right now. not sure why.
