Flying low over the field you can see massive blur and artifacts all over the image, looks terrible. Is it because of a high shutter speed (no nd filters yet)

Not as bad when uploaded in 4K, I think the issue was watching it from iCloud as its not true 4K even when it says it is.

The issue is caused by the relatively low bit rate that the DJI cameras records at in your drone. In your case, it is 150 Megabits per second, which is only borderline satisfactory for 4K resolution video. When you get to the Mavic 3, the bit rate jumps to 3,772 Megabits per second, because it is able to record to an internal SSD and these artifacts disappear. Simply a case of too much information to process in the available time. Slowing down the tracking movement, or climbing slightly higher will help reduce the effect.

Ah ok, like I said when its full 4K its not as bad... I upload from my iPhone to iCloud and view on my Mac and its only 1080p unless you hit Edit and then it downloads the full 4K file... bit annoying as doesn't tell you that.

My best guess is the youtube compression. Grass is a terrible subject for that with all the various shades of green.
How is the raw footage?

I just played that clip again, and using the resolution cog in YouTube, I was able to select 4K.

I do not notice it in 4k, I can in 1080 and 1440 though.

I don't get this bitrate shame. 150 MBit/s H265 is double the bitrate of a comercial UHD Bluray disc. These artefacts in the video are not caused by low bitrate from done. I think it's a convertion problem to Youtube.
