Wow, a dramatic summer evening. Maybe raise the depths on the left side of the image a bit. So you see unfortunately only quite indefinable shadows.

Beautiful Lake Constance -the Bodensee. I haven't been back there since 1987. To Friedrichshafen, in fact.  A happy memory.

Love the subtle colours you have captured in the sky on this one

We never did take the ferry across to the Island for lunch in the restaurant on Insel Mainau
Stayed in the Buchorner Hof Lodge in Friedrichshafen for a function at the Messegelande.
It looks very different on Google Maps these days.

I stayed in the Buchhorner Hof for dinner a few years ago while being a night in the harbour of Friedrichshafen :-)
And of course, Insel Mainau is always worth a stay. And the restaurant there is really good as well.
