We have sent serveral confirms with documents stating who we are and that we are in deed owner to our creditcard but the progressbar is hanging at "Payment Reviewing" without any explanations. I am afraid that we will be transported even further down the queue because of this.
And you have not replied to our emails witch is alarming.

Anyone else having problem with the orders for the DJI Inspire and DJI not confirming the payment?

DJI wanted a photo of our creditcard, we didn't like to send a photo of a credit card by mail.  ;c) However They called us and resolved the problem. Now the order is in progress. We just have to wait for the production to start. But thats another story.
