So DJI, where can i buy the Expansion plate with XLR SDI and TC.

nowhere to find iit.

Ho wis this not available you launched this with it on the marketing material and its an important part, no sdi or XLR inputs in a pro camera is unheard of?  Can yo uplease give us an update not to watch dji website please?

Just give us a date please.

I think this calls for a class-action law suit.... honestly - it's been years. I've had to turn to other gear, older gear for certain jobs. This has cost me money.

I read in the latest CineD article that the XLR expansion plate is supposed to come out in May 2023.

I have a feature request when it comes to that. It would be the greatest thing ever when this would also enable 32bit-float audio recording directly in camera.
Maybe in a separate .wav file which can be synced in post, because I´m not sure if 32bit audio embedded in video file is a thing yet or even supported by editing software.

This you be amazing and elevate the system above the rest

P.S.: a low profile mounting solution for shotgun mics would be also welcome ;)

Any update on this, its may 2023, really need this ive been waiting since the 4D release?

Probably not coming out soon...

That's not useful at all Mindy... what'd actually help is basic info: is this expansion plate actually being worked on and if it's ever to be released. You'd want to inform your current and future clients if you plan to keep us.

WOW! Bitrates? Formats? Have you tested it?

So we do  ot going to get the expansion plate, great work DJI again, a pro camera and no xlr input, very nice work DJI.
