Can I fly the DJI Avata up to 120 meter?

I found: the max flight altitude is limited to 120 m, which can be unlocked through flight license application.

It's hard to imagine why not, subject to airspace restrictions. Depending on where you are, even if you're FAA legal there, you may need to get a DJI Geo Zone restriction unlocked which, in my limited experience with that function, is pretty easy to do.
