Kindly please try to uninstall an reinstall the DJI Fly application ( https://www.dji.com/dji-fly ) to see if the issue will still persist? I have actually sent the firmware to your forum email account, if it is the same email for your login to the DJI Fly app, you can check for the update directly.

You can update the RC  by the connecting it to wifi and go through the selection from menu..

Updating the aircraft by dji Assistant 2 app. By connecting with the Pc.

I did it. Yesterday. Today I have the error message code: 30064 on the controller and the drone is grounded. I was thinking about the fix from update 01.00.0300 that broke the drone. Google will not help but DJI.
