My AC is running the current firmware and is ok, but I don't use the Assistant.

the computer software (dji assistant 2).
if the update via phone or controller caused this, then probably no one would be flying at all.

I'm going through this too! my new drone with 2 days of use appeared the update and after the update this cod 30064 appeared and my drone no longer works. "impossible to take off" and the worst, I live in Brazil and bought the drone in the United States and I have no way to send the Drone to the USA. unfortunately such an expensive drone but it doesn't have a good software!

I'm just very surprised that something of this cost and "quality" does not have a Factory Reset option, or provide the firmware to roll back.

Well, unless DJI tells us, we won't know, but my speculation is, that it might be a result of some risk mitigation strategy.
In some circles, preventing roll-back is considered a fashionable solution for cases, where an "attacker" might roll-back firmware, to expose issues which were previously solved, and then exploit them.

Of course, this strategy comes with an expectation that each software release would be thoroughly tested, and that any major bugs will be rapidly fixed, and if that's not the case, well, then we're out of luck.

Me too...  Installed DJI Assistant 2(Consumer Drones Series) 2.1.11. Connected drone to PC. The program identified my drone correctly DJI MINI 3 PRO.
After disconnected drone from the PC. DJI MINI 3 PRO no longer takes off-brick. DJI give an update on your mistake or  let me downgrade the firmware. Good days for photos are lost

OK Mr DJI . Any soon solution for it ? Loosing money . Stuck with 249g of waste / bricked drone for 849£ . Yesterday bought fly more pack for 159£ and now wonder if my 1000£ investment will be able to fly .
Got FPV and updated same time and there is option to downgrade firmware … why there isn’t on M3P ?

After firmware update of M3P,through dji assistant 2,My M3P was unable to tekoff , with 30064 code.
And my laptop OS windows 10 x64 got currupted.laptop stopped working.
Even my PC with win 7 x64 , behaves erratic with dji assistant 2 installed.there must be something in this software dji assistant 2 , which corrupt windows operating system.
So buying M3P is buying unknown and unwanted troubles which makes your future dark and bleak.
Please SOS dji.

The lesson here is don’t update your stuff if it is working and you are happy with it. DJai does this sort of thing all the time

The twitter posts I’ve seen about this with search “30064” all have less than 10 likes and no retweets so it’s not really making any social media noise at all especially with all the Avata promotion noise that’s happening. I think if it had more visibility (hashtag anyone?) they’d at least let out an ETA. Otherwise it’s not really being “seen”.

Regardless there needs to somehow be a warning not to use DJI Assistant because everyone who loves it and then bumps for a Fly More kit is going lean towards using it and then get PO’d when they get grounded. At least prevent/block requests from DJI Assistant to download the firmware at the server side so people will stop wedging their drones.

A.  DJI would pull the faulty software for now
B.  Issue a statement on the forum (relevant section)

Atlast,DJI is in action mode.new firmware update 01.00.0310 for M3P aircraft is available just now .
I updated my M3P . through RC controller.it is successful! And error 30064 gone with wind.
Just check yourself and be happy.....
Incedently I posted my message on forum in afternoon only, got result in evening.quite fast, thank you very much DJI.

The good guys helped me. Installed firmware 310 beta on the drone via AnyDesk . The drone is back in the air. We are waiting for official corrections from DJI.
