I've got the same error (30064) after updating with dji assistant 2.1.1
Sended to fix they changed ESC board. Hope it works now. I'm still waiting to receive back the drone.

You are in the right place there are a couple of threads in this forum. From what I have seen you need to request it in here and then wait for one of the DJI admin to see your post and then they will contact the engineers who will then enable it for your account. Then you can use the DJI fly app update it. I first posted about 6 hours ago and haven't had any response yet . It is Insane you have to go through this just to get your drone working. I got it Tuesday and haven't even flown it yet.

Hi, sorry for your issue, if your drone is a Mini SE, it is a different case, Please check the information below to troubleshoot:
1. Please check and make sure that the propellers are installed properly;
2. If the beginner flight tutorial is used in the DJI Fly app, exit the tutorial and try again.
3. Check the GPS strength in the app. If the GPS signal is weak, try to take off the aircraft in an area where the GPS signal is strong.
4. When the GPS signal is strong, calibrate the IMU. You can go to Settings>Safety>IMU Calibration and perform calibration following the on-screen instructions.
5. Restart the drone multiple times.
If the issue persists, please provide a screenshot of the error for me to double-check.

Hello , Today I connected the DJI MINI 3 PRO to  Dji assistant by the usb  and now I obtained   :code 30064  unable to take off,
I tried to refresh the firmware on the remote RC  but not possible on the drone.

Im having this issue, "Unable to take off" after updating to the software, from DJI Fly app on my air 2s. Also noticed connection issues in the previous software release. Please send me new software, firmware.
