Same error code 30064 after connecting to DJI assistant just to see what the app/ software does, now unable to take off. No update was carried out, just browsed the software.
Could I get the update too please?
I updated my firmware using the RC controller as I was told it was just the DJI Assistant 2 software which was breaking mini 3's but now I have the Unable to take off code 30064 error. Can someone post a link to the beta firmware please? I have just arrived on holiday and I am unable to take off while

Hi, I just bought a new dji mini 3 pro and after connecting the dji assistant it has stopped flying please share me the firmware update on the fly app. My username is djiuser_CfpXyiiobn0s and my email id is dev.meena@live.com please do this, so I can fly this
they send the update to rc controller. you have to check on the rc controller if there was any update to be made, after you ask for DJI administrator to send to you.

Same here, exchanged drone in warranty, new one started update, now is grounded.
Susan, please send the link in private message here, I don't make my mail address public.
Just in case it can help anyone with the firmware update.
- Send to DJI Susan the email address that you used to create your DJI account.
- Once the new firmware version is sent by DJI Susan, don't look for it in your email inbox, it won't be there.
- Just turn on the DJI RC, make sure that you're logged on with the same email account, and check for firmware updates as you usually do.
- The new version should appear. Install it and that's it!

I didn't get the 30064 error, just the drone didn't start the motors.
But 310 firmware fixed everything. Thanks a lot, Susan!

Hi, i have just taken the drone to a DJI specialist and they couldn’t get it to connect to anything. The drone doesn’t enter pairing mode at all now. Can send any updated firware to my app? I have also emailed support saying this and that want a full refund but if this works I will withdraw the complaint about the drone.

Hi there, I am sorry to read about your case. May I know which controller you are using?
If you are using the RC N1, please help to confirm if the connection issue is with the controller and phone, or the controller and aircraft. If it is the controller and phone, please try to use a different connection cable, and make sure to use the latest DJI Fly app and check again.
If it is the issue with the controller and aircraft, please try to use the DJI Assistant 2 to update the firmware to the latest version, DJI Assistant 2 download link: https://www.dji.com/downloads/so ... sumer-drones-series
Then, please try to remove the SD card and relink the controller and aircraft, you can refer to this tutorial, starting at 6:54
