When don't they just return the drone if they don't want it instead of giving you a "good deal"?

And don't make the mistake others did, before you pay, turn on the drone and make sure the drone is not bound to an account.
If the drone is bound and you don't know the original owner, then it would just be an expensive paper weight for you.
