I wonder who is going to come out first with an Avata hard case?

They are already available at Amazon and Aliexpress.
To be honest, hard case is not difficult to do, they basically just put in a new foam cut out.

I was hoping a GPC or some of the big name companies, but none are available for another 3 weeks.  

We are working on it. Hope to start shipping sooner than later. 3 weeks is a fair timing unless someone could get Avata before it's released.

I was hoping for more pro look than the usual cut your own foam.

I'm a big fan of GPC but they are also very pricey.  GPC Case for Avata w/Goggles

I've found a cheaper alternative to the Pelican cases.  Harbour Freight - Weatherproof Case:

Yes, that model is under development as well.

Got me a $100 hard case from Amazon for now.

I still have maybe a couple weeks before I get my Avata but what I like about that case is it will carry my DJI FPV Goggles and Controller.
