The GPS does not seem to work in the RC controller.
I have seen this on several peoples controllers.
Please fix this

Which controller? What aircraft? Which mobile device (if applicable)?

The controller is literally called the "RC controller" ... I would have posted that under that section in products - but it is not in the list for me.

This comes with the Mini 3 - but the drone is irrelevant - I am talking about the GPS that is in the controller itself.

In this case you will have more answers in the "mini 3" section. Even better with DJI online support.

When you create a thread (regardless of the section you in under products) it always has the same options.. it is not under mavric.
I just realised though, if I do it on my phone I get a heap of other options!

This is not the case. Otherwise how would we all be creating threads in the appropriate sections? You just need to specify the forum you want to post in when you create a new thread.

The Mini-3 section is indeed under the Mavic Section

That is exactly what I am doing..
And it shows me the topic list that I posted above..
It has some options in there for other drones but not the DJI mini 3!.. as stated get lots more options on my phone INCLUDING the DJI mini 3 and RC controller.

From the menu you showed, choose "Mavic"

Then choose subtopic "DJI Mini 3 Pro"
