I'm trying to retrieve the audio recorded to the inbuilt storage on one of the mics.

I'm using the DJI supplied USB C cable to connect the mic directly to the Macbook.As Macbooks don't have USB A, I'm using a USB A > USB C adapter (I've tried several, all high quality).


When I connect, the device birates slightly and shows a green light, but then shortly after powers down.

The same problem exists trying to connect the receiver for firmware updates.

It's a 2021 Macbook M1 Pro.

I've also checked, firmware is latest version 02.00.72.80 on RX and both TX

Greetings My macbook pro m1 does not open any of the transmitters to transfer the recordings. I have already tried all the suggestions on this forum. -Everything is updated - I have used all the cables - I have formatted It seems to me that it is more of a Macbook problem than a DJI problem. On my Windows computer they work very well. any solution?
