1 Year ago.....  I took some shots of the Evergreen Everace,  sadly I thought Id lost these even with my three copy strategy,   luckily it turns out that the images were still flopating about on the SD card.

I feel like Ive got about the same amount of photos to keep track of though.   

Those colours are very cool. Love how is picked up in the water too

That was the bit that was driving me potty as I could find all the edited shots and all the other images Id taken that day with the other cameras.

Typically I organise by year,  then a date and description,  the images are then in a light room catalog and typically I use the GPS data on the map to locate something when I need it.    Then I have a backup on a NAS and a monthly backup that lives offsite.  I also dont clear down the SD cards that often,   mostly now Om using 256gb cards which will get a rotation when getting full and then I'll rotate back and just delete a chunk,  usually 50gb which keeps me going for a while longer.  

These files were on an old 128gb SD card that was hiding in one of the bags for emergencies.

Dang, so no doubt you have a TB or two of data stored.  I do really like the way you have them organized and much easier to search that way.

For my older DSLR cameras that didnt have GPS I had a little keyring gps logger and then I added that data latter,  sadly although that still works Ive not found any modern drivers for it to make downloading possible.  So instead I have a little bit of software than can export from an Apple Watch walking workout the track and then I use Geotag to update the exif in the originals.  Works great with the IR camera.

Yesterday I realized I miss one big video that is already edited.
Have to check the old laptop tonight.

I had to go to his medical office today for my first follow-up.  He said all looks well but to keep the staples in until Monday, Sept. 12.

Yeah, still on light duty.  My only concern is the muscle in that area is still quite a bit tender.
