Hi there, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused. If the error existed after updating firmware or calibrating the vision system via DJI Assistant 2, our engineers are aware of the issue. At the moment, please PM me your current DJI Fly account, and we will send you the optimized firmware package to help fix this issue.
We suggest you update the firmware through the DJI Fly app. In addition, please be sure to keep the aircraft cool down for the update. Thank you for your understanding.

Has anyone received the firmware update from DJI Susan and it fixed the error 30064? Only purchased 2 days ago and now its grounded.
FYI, Susan sent thru the firmware update, started up the Mini 3 Pro, went into settings and device management and checked and ran the update.

Quick test flight this morning and everything seems back to normal.

Also: I updated my first Mavic Mini 3 Pro with my Windows laptop, that drone got the error. Since I'm going on a trip to Iceland, I bought a second one as a backup.
Since I found out about this problem, I just unboxed the second one and updated everything through the RCI controller's network function and this one is working fine.

Reset my first drone, did all updates again on Mac through the DJI Assistant App and still the same error.
