Just done an update and I just knew DJI was coming to our rescue and resolving this 30064 error code. The update finished and prompted update successful. I powered the drone backup and the (unable to takeoff)  was still on my screen.  I hope we don’t have to send in our drones, also this 30064 occurred after I connected to the assistant one night.

I work and hardly never have time off, I make transformers. After this hurricane I’ll be working every weekend for awhile. I’m off today but now have to wait 2 days before tech is available has anyone had success? I’d like to fly today. I’m running windows 10 and thinking of upgrading to 11, everyone that used the assistant, I’m wondering w hat windows they operating in? Cause DJI had issues with windows 10 operating the assistant, I think it was fix, but I want to give it a try again with windows 11.

Could I have this firmware update in order for my mini 3 to fly again. Please include detailed instructions for procedure. Thanks

Hi, could you please tell me your DJI account? I will forward the firmware to your DJI account.
Then you can connect the drone, controller, and DJI Fly app, make sure that the app has access to the internet, then you can update the firmware by the app.
I have actually forwarded to your forum account, if it is your DJI account, please check the update directly.

Are you updating with DJI Assistant, or just a straight update from the app?

This is getting a bit scary.  There's so many new users with this issue.  Surely they aren't all using the DJI Assistant?  I didn't think most people even knew what that was.

So has the unable to take off/ 30064 been resolved. If so what is the resolution. This flaw of the communist regime has happened to me.

Hi Susan there are a few of us here with error 30064, please send us beta firmware asap. Thank you very much.

Have flown with the Update 300 so far without any problems. After connecting the Mini 3 to DJI Assistant without doing an update (it had the latest update), it was no longer possible to start the drone. Error codes 30064 and 180059 appear, indicating that obstacle avoidance has been disabled. After a conversation with the support, a new firmware update should be made available to me in the course of the day. I hope that I can fly again then.

Sorry for your issue. I have forwarded the firmware to you please update the firmware first and restart the drone.
And power on the drone in an open area, if the errors persist, please send the drone back for further assistance. If you purchased it from the reseller, please try to ask if the reseller can help with your replacement directly, or you can start a case at https://www.dji.com/support/repair directly.
