Hi there, the firmware has been sent to your forum account, if it is the same as your DJI account, please connect the drone and DJI Fly app for the update. Make sure that the DJI Fly app has an internet connection.
Please let me know if you have a different email account for logging in to the DJI Fly app. I would love to help forwarding it again.

Error 30064 happened directly i did the calibration procedure with DJI Assistan 2
Please send me the update quick, i am not able to work with this drone for now.

I purchased the DJI mini 3 pro on oct 10th, within 7 days getting the error, not even used more than 10 minutes. I am not able to use my Mini 3 pro, i have a code 30064 (Unable to take off message). I update all firmware (Mini 3 pro, RC-N1 and dji Fly), i recalibrate IMU and Compas. But getting sameerror message. Location : India, Bangalore, can some one help

Hello,

I got the error 30064 after the latest firmware update V01.00.0300.
I updated my drone with the desktop app DJI Assistant, then put it back into the box for some days. Today i tried to fly and get this error.

I read about a beta firmware for users with this problem.
Can you please send it to me?
Do i install it with the remote controller app or by desktop app?
