Hello, i was planning making a great view of the beach today but everything goes bad.... 30 seconds after take-off, my drone decide to increase its altitude alone.... I decided to abord the fly because i thing there is something wrong with it but it was too late. One of the rotor stop working and Boum.....

I've uploaded the flight log to the cloud with the remote controler.

I've uploaded also the video on youtube if needed

Is it normal that just after few hours this beautiful drone stop working like this ?......

If you want to learn what your flight data tells of your incident ...

To get to your flight data, go to: https://www.phantomhelp.com/LogViewer/Upload/
... where you'll find instructions to upload the data to that site and it will give a report

For help interpreting the data you can post a link for the report here.
Or just post the .txt file.

I am sorry to read about the mishap, that must be frustrating. As the drone crashed, kindly send it in for further diagnosis and service.
Please fill out the online repair request on our official web and send the drone back.
Please remember to tick "Apply for data analysis" when filling in the info, data analysis can be processed as long as the drone is within the warranty period and the corresponding offer will be provided based on the analysis result.

The files should be on the controller's (screened) memory card or your phone if using the N1

It looks to me like it may have hit a bird  or blew a prop, wont know without the flightlog, ya need to get hold of that

looks like it hit a wire.....
stop video at 9 secs, see a thin wire top on 4th car for the left to the right.
Another wire probably just above this one and bit closer to the drone. (often come in pairs)

Look at the pictures there where no wires... When the engine stop, the drone was above in the void.

If you see the wire on the video it's because i'm higher than it, wires was top of me so if you see me and the wires it's  impossible.

I try the app that you mention for the log informations.

Has you can see the white line is the powerline.

Where the battery icon is : where the drone engine stop suddenly.

If you hit a wire, the recorded flight data will show that.
But those screenshots from Airdata are no help.
Post a link to the Airdata report, but make sure that you tick the share box.

I still suspect the wire.
If you have me, the ground, the wire on the same record it's because i'm far away.... The mini 3 pro didn't have a Focal of 180 degres.

Wires are at 6m maximum higher. The drone was more thank 15m higher above the take off position and more than 10m far away of it.

I take a screenshot in the video when it crashed. You can see that i've a view of the small powerline, the road, the hill... If i was touching the cable it should be impossible to have all these details....

Sorry for your loss.
Had a look at your flight log looks like you were  using Mode 1.
AC was gaining altitude without elevator input.
Follow advice from Dji Susan in post #4 and supply all data requested.
Good luck.

Hi,

Checked your flightlog, flying in RC Mode3.

Indeed after autotake off and after zero on the UP stick, craft did climb on its own!
(see the blue bar height line ; yellow = uncontrolled climb.

In the log no errors for hitting a wire or any other object in air.
In the log at 42.2secs  a weird value seen ; DroneOnGround !  just one entry, never seen this before in many many logs i have checked.

Checked the 2 batt cells, normal values up to the last record.
For sure someting wrong with your Mini3 Pro !   But what ?  i cannot give a good explantion, hope that DJI can.

But i do a guess ; as the log stops suddenly with all normal indications it looks like a power failure to me.

cheers
