I have the exact same log file with the "device not Detected", I think there is some piece of hardware that is defective.   Since I have no video I suspect it is the camera, maybe the ribbon cable.  I have tried to make sure the ribbon cables are seated but only seem to make the light on the front of the gimbal go from flashing red to solid red.    I have submitted three or four tickets but no response, not even an acknowledgement from DJI that they have my ticket.

When I look at the log file I can go back to when the devices quit working, but my P3 has been sitting on a table , it was there on the table before it stopped working and it was on the table, undisturbed when it stopped working, so there was no crash or anything.  Look back in that log and you wlil see when they stopped being detected.  

BTW. do you have video?

I don't think the update is really failing, I think it is pissed off because it can't find some of the hardware.

Just tried the app and indeed I have no video feed. I had video feed the last time I flew (about 2 weeks ago). Haven't ever crashed and all the cables going down to the camera look fine.

The first time I tried the update, the D-D-D lasted for about 20 minutes, then the camera started acting strange, went back to normal, then the continuous beep started signaling something had gone wrong. The next times I tried the update, it goes almost straight into the continuous beep.

Is there any reason why the update could've damaged any hardware?

Can't seem to downgrade the firmware either since the process seems to fail before that can happen.

I managed to get past the disconnected by restarting the app or reconnecting the mobile device.  It didn't matter, I could not get video even when it said "safe to fly."

I'm having the same problem. I think it happened 2 weeks ago when the app (Ipad 1.1.2) upgrade to 1.2.0. From that moment, I never managed to do firmaware update. I tried to do this last fw (1.3.2) update hoping to solve the problem and received the same code as you, but the in app (Go DJI) appears in both the device and the RC this last update (1.3.2). I have no video feed and I got a constant red "no signal" in the app. It flies and record video in the SD card.

DJI said that I've to send the device to repair because of a problem in the camera - " Thank you for the assistance. The file shows problems with the camera not being able to update and we need it here to replace it. Please contact your dealer."

In Europe it will take two months to repair...
