Help - aeb is not creating 12mp images, instead I get 7mp (3072 x 2304) images - how do I get it to produce 12mp images?

The camera has two aspect ratio options.
4:3:  4032×3024 (12 MP)
16:9: 4032×2268 (9 MP)

If you want to capture 12 MP images, you need to select the 4:3 aspect ratio.
The full-sized images will be on the SD card.

Thanks - however this is not a mistype. I have it on the 4:3 aspect ratio. The 3072 x 2304 are the pixel dimensions when the DNG is opened in photoshop.

Are you finding those images on the SD card?
What size images are you getting for single shots?

On the SD card - I think I have it solved  - it looks like either a problem with the specification of the DNG or a problem with adobe bridge reading the DNG - if I manually specify the 4032×3024 dimension in bridge it correctly reads in the image as 4032x3024, and the jpg's are sized as 4032x3024 (I hadn't looked, assuming they would be the same as what bridge was showing).

I spent a good hour plus with dji tech support on this and they could not figure out what was going on (although they were very helpful), I suspect it is ultimately some idiosyncrasy on my desktop setup.
