I shot some videos in D-cinelike but I'm having some problems with them. I copied them to my pc but when I try to open the videos I get an error message saying that the format is not supported (0xc1010103) and DaVinci Resolve doesn't even recognize the files. Any help?

Windows doesn't come ready to play HEVC files, so you have to pay them for the privilege.

It wouldn't surprise me if they had a system-wide block on HEVC and you're simply paying to unlock access to it across applications. Soon you'll probably have to pay to access the system volume.

I don't actually have a Windows machine, so I can't help any more than this. Ditched them decades ago and never looked back.

You can also install VLC player, it is free and comes with the codecs.

There are free codecs that will unlock this system wide - I personally use the "k lite codec pack (basic)" has a bunch of codecs for various media types.

On macOS no problem, on Windows you need the Studio version:

If you need to convert videos, I would recommend to try Handbrake for free:

PS: But on macOS when using D-Cinelike in H264, DaVinci is also unable to import these Videos. You need to use H265 for 10 bit video.
