Hi,

I've been using my Osmo mobile 3 for time lapse.
The last one was a two hour time lapse on a tripod with motion left to right.

I set my camera to be over the horizon and parallel to it.
By the end of the recording, it was tilted by a few degrees to the left and the center was now under the horizon.

It seems to have started during the second hour.
And the it rectified itself as soon as the video stopped recording.

I checked on the app but no update is available.

Is there a way to fix this?
I can provide the video if needed

Thanks

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the trouble that this has caused. Can you please try to re-balance your mobile device on the unit and perform the gimbal auto calibration then check if the issue persists? In addition, could you please confirm if you did experience an error message on the app during this issue? Please keep us posted. Thank you.

I did multiples tests and never saw any error/warning messages.
Before each test I re-balanced the gimbal.
Between tests, I fully shutdown the gimbal and app. I also removed and put back the phone.
Here is what I found out.

Sometimes, the gimbal wakes up not straight and re-balancing doesn't fix it.
When using time-laps of 3 hour. The gimbal ignore the LTR option and stays still.
The issue I mentioned before still reproduce. It appears after the gimbal pass it initial position.
After completing the video and returning to initial position, the gimbal sometimes slowly drift away.

Is there a way to factory reset the gimbal or re-install the last update?
