I have build a quad using DJI NAZA M Lite FC. Though i have calibrated the ESCs individually with TX by connecting them directly to the RX throttle channel and cailbrated the sticks, motor idle speed(set it to High after referring to some videos in Youtube) through DJI NAZA M Lite Assistant software, when connected the ESC+Motor with FC and armed; the motors are not starting in sync.

By anychance did someone here faced this issue and if yes, kindly drop a comment how did you manage to overcome this.

I tend to use an adapter, that hooks all 4 ESC's to one wire, to the throttle. Does all 4 ESC's at once.

Yes, I have tried that too. Connecting all 4 ESCs to a breadboard and calibrated them all at once. But still on connecting with NAZA and when giving throttle not all 4 motors starts at the same time. Even the speed of the motors tend to be different.
