But this could be something historical as old foundations are sometimes found due to changes in landscape during dry periods.

Yes,  I watched a video about that the other day,   you can see lots of old earth works in the crops when it dry like it has been.

Very interesting capture DA.    I don't see a clown but that is an intriguing formation in the soil for sure.  

With the drought continuing on the US West coast there have been some pretty interesting finds in some of the depleted reservoirs and lakes.  You expect to hear about a found sunken boat but not about bodies, cars, etc.  A bit strange news.

The darned Steam Train has just chuffed through the village!  
No warning this time
@Montfrooij will be as annoyed as I am, I expect.
It's raining here so the drone would not have flown, but I could have caught it with the Pocket2.

Annoyingly, no. It does a triangular trip over to York and back down the other side of the country.
Always passe through here in the same direction, heading East.
We usually get a forewarning on the local grapevine - but not this time

I guess if you look at booking a trip on it from that you could figure out when it was due?

That mill on the opening page is hard to visualise in the present day.  Only the chimney and a few foundations remain.
