From today Terra reports this message (Max number of bound device reached), and I cannot use the pro functions; the license expires  January 2023, but is already connected to another device (!). Has anyone else had this problem?

Are you on the computer that was used to activate the license? If the answer is no, then it is normal.

Yes, I am on the computer that activated the license. It states there is license remaining until Jan 2023.

Then you best option is to contact the DJI dealer where you bought the equipement, or contact DJI support. https://www.dji.com/support
