Mavic 3 Tele Camera Stutter / Jitter - Is this normal?

Hello, I've had my Mavic 3 for a few months now and have noticed for quite some time that when using the tele camera it quite randomly stutters / jitters, is this cause for concern or just an odd quirk of the drone? See the attached video around the 6-7 second mark for a visual referance. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Yes, I notice this indeed.
Not sure if that is normal, I have not seen too much tele footage that was shot this way (long steady moves)

24 fps, however any of the available frame rates produce the same issue.

Initially this was my interpretation of the jitter and is why I had let it go undiagnosed for some months, however after seeing no other complaints of this and no other footage that is similar I decided to ask around.

Hi Stephen, Thanks for the reply, After performing a firmware refresh as well as re-formatting the SD card I can unfortunately confirm the issue still persists. Please see the attached footage of the flight performed after the refresh. Thanks.

Something is amiss mine does not show this glitch either. Instead of formatting maybe try a different SD card, although it doesn’t seem like an SD card problem it might help to eliminate this as a problem.

I will definitely give this a try, after talking to support officially they’ve pretty much said they’ll have to take it in for maintenance. If a faulty SD card is the cause it will make my life a little less painful hahah.

Sorry for the double reply earlier, this forum doesn't seem to like my phone lol.

Just thought I'd update you as well as anyone else who may come across this thread with a similar issue. After trying a brand new SD card as well as the internal storage unfortunately the issue persists, at this stage it must be a fault from factory and will need to be inspected by a DJI engineer. An unfortunate outcome but seems to be extremely rare if not a 1 off event.
