"Motor unable to rotate. Check for objects blocking motor or contact
That sounds like the drone had landed or crashed.
Post your flight data and someone might be able to analyse it top explain what happened and where the drone ended up.

Go to http://www.phantomhelp.com/LogViewer/Upload/
It has instructions to find the .txt file from your phone or tablet which you can upload to that site
Upload it and it gives you a summary of the flight data.
Post a link to that summary.

Or just post the .txt file

Not interested to find out ??

I'm always puzzled when people post wanting help to find their drone, but just don't come back to get the help they asked for.

He probably found his drone and discovered it was nothing wrong with it.
Corollary:  he does not need to reply any further ...

Thanks for your post.  I Know how to find a lost drone  but this one is in an inaccessible spot.  I've since filed a flyaway report.

But do you know what happened to cause loss of the drone?
Do you want to learn how to make sure that doesn't happen again?

But still nice to see your log for this issue, as a motor fail is not a fly away......

So if you like to know what really happend....upload your log

cheers

Yes I've uploaded my logs.. Thanks!

Youre misunderstanding, follow the instructions given in this post and then once done it will give you a link, post that link in a reply here, if it was a mechanical failure then you're actually claiming on your flyaway when it should be a warranty claim and saves the flyaway! Hence why folks are asking for the log to see if they can help determine which it should be...

The cause of the incident is no mystery.
Soon after launching, you took the drone up to 114 feet, put it in Sport Mode ( no obstacle avoidance in Sport Mode) and flew east at max speed.
The ground on th east of the lake rises, but you never adjusted the height of the drone.
At 2:55 the ground below the drone was 70 ft higher than where you launched and covered with thick forest and the drone slammed into the forest canopy at full speed.
The error messages are all a result of the crash.
The data indicates that the drone stuck in the tree tops at the same level as the collision occurred.

Yes that's what I concluded.
My mistake was adjusting height just for the trees not for the rising elevation  of the land which was far greater than I thought.
In the future I will check the elevation of the path I'm flying on google earth before taking off.
Do the low speed readings  at the end (4 to 5 mph) indcate that the drone was flying (or flailing) around a bit at the end in the trees?
Also I see the battery was still at 79% when the reporting stopped. What caused the reporting to stop. (Stopped motors?)
Hope you don't mind these dumb questions.  I'm a bit new to this.
Thanks!
