I'm not that pleased with the quality of video from the DJI FPV,  there's a lot of blur in the details.  No ND filter.  I'm afraid of mounting the GoPro on it, for fear of vibration, instability, and overheated motors.   For those who did it, do you recommend it?       I plan to use it flying manual of course.   I bought the Avata, specifically for the better video, but don't want to give up on my DJI FPVs.

I have read of problems.  Guess I'll just try it.

I hope that our fellow DJI FPV Co Pilots can give out the best recommendation and information with regard to this matter. In addition, DJI does not recommend to attach 3rd party accessories on your DJI FPV Drone for compatibility and reliability purposes. Thank you and have a safe flight always.

There are ND filters for the DJI fpv (a bit hard to attach). But still a GoPro is much better. I use the GP 10 with almost no problems: Sometimes I think GPS look takes a bit longer. And sometimes there are blurry frames in lower light at lower throttle. Still MUCH better than the built in camera, especially if you use Reelsteady. Even if you have to pay for it the 100 bucks are easily worth it. One of the best decisions I ever made with a drone.

hello everyone!  I have already put into practice placing a gopro 11 black camera on my dji fpv dro and the truth is the best but the drone will present overheating due to the weight of the camera, so that you have safety and quality in your videos the best thing is a gopro mini.  I hope it helps you

I've only recently got the DJI FPV and that's my only real complaint about it (other than being as fragile as an egg....but I knew that long before I purchased it).
