The first pic is Salcott Creek at high water, we used to swim there as kids... It was a bit windy today for a new flyer, but the aircraft coped well...

Just make sure the mini doesn't go swimming instead and I'd say you're on a winner Chris.

Fascinating country. Did you see the English series "Liar" those marshes under water remind me a little of that landscape

If you have Lightroom (or simular)  then try the AEB 3 mode,  you'll get some nice dynamic range to play with.

Plenty of fish and wildlife, but you can’t fish there… It’s a nature sanctuary. I’d love to fly over more of it. But I don’t think I’d be allowed.  The water levels are very low.

No fishing - that's a shame, but understandable as it is a nature sanctuary.
