Hello, I just bought a DJI RSC 2, and I have unfolded and balanced it already. But, whenever I try to switch to live view on my Nikon d3500 which is connected to it, it gives me  the message you can see below. Can anyone lend me some help with this? "Cannot start live view at current settings or under current conditions."

Please note that the Nikon d3500 is not on our compatible list. So it may not enter live view.
