Hello

I purchased the DJI Goggles V2, FPV Remote Controller 2, and Avata all separately, over time.
The current firmware:
Avata    V01.01.0200
Remote V02.00.0200
Goggles V01.00.0606

I cannot update my Goggles V2 to the latest firmware, and so cannot pair them with the Avata. When plugged into DJI Assistant 2 (Consumer or FPV series), the highest firmware option on the list is "V01.00.0606".

I also can't connect to the DJI Fly app on my Pixel 6 or iPad. I've tried an OTG adapter (not from DJI), USB-C to USB-C data cable, and USB-C to USB A. The DJI OTG USB-C adapter did not come in the Goggles V2 box.

The Avata and the FPV Remote Controller 2 seem to be linking just fine, but I can't do anything without the Goggles V2!

Any tips or tricks on getting the Goggles V2 firmware updated? Is the DJI OTG USB-C adapter proprietary or can another USB-C to OTG be used? Let me know if I can provide any further info.

Thanks

Hi there, please follow the suggestions below to see if the DJI Assistant 2 (DJI FPV series) will show the latest firmware version.
1. Check whether DJI Assistant 2 (DJI FPV series) is used. Check the version number. If it is not the latest version, please update it to the latest version. https://www.dji.com/downloads/so ... nt-2-dji-fpv-series
2. Check the current mode of the DJI FPV Goggles V2.
1) If the DJI FPV Goggles V2 have been switched to DJI Digital FPV System mode (150 mode), you can only see the firmware version list of the DJI Digital FPV System but cannot see the DJI FPV firmware version. https://dl.djicdn.com/downloads/ ... elease_Notes_EN.pdf
2) If the DJI FPV Goggles V2 have been switched to DJI FPV mode (170 mode), you can only see the firmware version list of the DJI FPV but cannot see the firmware version of the DJI Digital FPV System. https://dl.djicdn.com/downloads/ ... elease_Notes_EN.pdf
3. If the DJI FPV Goggles V2 mode is different from the firmware version displayed on the DJI Assistant 2 (DJI FPV series), please uninstall and reinstall the DJI Assistant 2 (DJI FPV series). Try the connection again.

Thank you, that worked!

The Goggles were in DJI Digital FPV System mode. I have been able to update the firmware to V.01.03.0000 via computer, and afterwards I was able to connect to my smartphone and the DJI FLY app via USB-C data cable.
