Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the trouble that this has caused. Can you please confirm if you enabled the Auto-sync Flight records on the DJI Fly app, does the current flight records saved/synced without any issues? In addition, kindly please try to connect your DJI RC to an internet connection or network and check if the flight records that you are looking for appear on the flight records interface. Lastly, flight records cannot be synchronized back to a mobile device after manual deletion in the DFJI Fly app. Please do not delete flight records on the app unless necessary.
