Hi,

as a pro FPV pilot and videomaker, I'd like to point out some suggestions about the DJI Avata. Right now the drone is quite amazing, but not perfect yet.

• Show the histogram of the camera to fine adjust the exposure.
• Have the possibility to record the full flight on the goggles, regardless of when the record button is pressed (this way we can have the full flight with OSD available, but just the moments we prefer in full resolution on the drone).
• Display the actual position of the throttle stick (useful when using the drone in normal mode wihtout the recentering spring on the stick). Right now you have to guess by sight if the stick is centered. This leads to the drone always slowly going up or down. In alternative it would be great to have the possibility to assign to the sport mode button the ''Hover'' function. When in S the drone just hovers at the current altitude. This is useful when in manual mode and you want to change i.e. camera settings. In this case, you trigger hover mode, apply the changes, go back in manual and start fly again.
• We need the gyro data recorded in every file, regardless of the selected field of view. Right now they're saved only when in wide.
• Having the chance to boost the ISO value in the FPV stream only. Right now if you want to keep a lower exposure to preserve the highlights, the FPV feed can be quite dark. Instead a digital boost of the ISO on the goggles image only would preserve the highlights in the full res video, giving the pilot the ability to have a clearer image.
• Display the total arming time and not only the remaining time.
• Display the GPS coordinates somewhere in the goggles menu. Very useful in case of a crash.
• Make the Smart Controller Fly App compatible with it (it does not heat up like the iphone and don't use the phone battery).
  

Hope this will be kept into account since these are just software changes.

HDR video/more dynamic range would be nice too. This is big advantage of Hero10/11.

I just add here another important feature: D-LOG color profile and not only D-Cinelike.
This in order to improve the dynamic range that, so far, is not that great.

Great suggestions. I  would like the ability to download video from the goggles 2 to a phone or computer without having to remove the SD card. For that matter, being able to download video wirelessly from the Avata without having to mess with the usbc/sdcard cover would be wonderful!
