Does DJI allow permanent or semi-permanent unlocking of specific areas? I teach a drone class at a high school that is situated in restricted airspace (Air Force base). We have received an FAA waiver allowing for drone operations in the area of our campus, but the DJI geofencing creates issues when we fly our drones (DJI Mini 2s). Is there a way to request DJI to suspend the geofencing restrictions for drone operations for our specific drones?

Thank you, DowntownRDB. I'll give that a shot. We have a small fleet of sixteen drones, and we spend a lot of time logging out and logging back in to clear "Authorization Zone" issues, cutting into actual flight time.

Ive heard that they do yearly unlocks if you email them with documentation to support the waiver.
