Is the part on the DJI website for Goggles 2 foam padding the same as what we already have, or something better?   Definitely don't want to order the same thing, even though it isn't in stock as of yet.

Yes, it is a stock replacement. I imagine there will be third party venders making them very soon though. The stock foam only seems to work for 20% of the users.

I will be honest. I search daily for an aftermarket solution. The Goggles 2 faceplate is obviously for Chinese flat faces.

Yeah I need something that has more of a cushion and not just for comfort but to push my face a bit away from the screen as I feel it is just too close and I have to search with my eyes instead of peripheral vision on the screen.

the aftermarket crew is pretty good and should have a solution shortly.  there are a ton of suitable aftermarket foam for the dji fpv so it's gonna happen for sure.

I can’t read anything one the bottom of the screen unless I pull the bottom away from my face I need thicker foam on the bottom of the seal

I simply changed zoom to 80% and now I can see clearly all the screen.

sure, that works for the drone camera feed but the stats and info remains illegible down in the bottom corners of the screen

those are OEM replacements. same that comes stock.

I wish they named these Goggles using something other than the #2.  When searching you always get tons of V2 results and it sucks sifting through them all.

Another way is to 3D print this part that will adapt beter to your face.Will also be far away from screen, so maybe it helps to look better.

Is it designed for DJI Goggles 2 ?
From the picture it is hard to tell but it looks like is fitted to the top of the goggle, I need it to fit at the bottom.
If is design for DJI goggle 2 , and can be fitted to the bottom of the goggles, and make the goggles sit further away from my face at the bottom of the goggles?  If yes, that is exactly what I need, as I can not see the information displayed in the corners of the screen clearly.
How does one attach it to the goggles? That is, does, it fit between the OEM padding and the goggle casing? What holds it in place?

My nose is too long and wide for the Goggles 2. That's the main problem why I can't see the edges of the screens at all. At least there is a better pad on the market which I bought. It's much softer. Will not change the problem with the nose, but still makes wearing the Goggles 2 a lot better for me.

It's also available via Amazon, but not so cheap as directly from China.

The nose problem cannot be solved without changing the shape of the plastic housing of the Goggles. Yes, it is made for "flatter faces", not really a good idea for a global market product.

well apparently these FPV googles in general doesn't fit asian people LOL or big nose people or just 90% DIY and inching along on good fitmet to see all the MSP display like the V2 goggles, starting to regret getting the goggles 2
