For several updates since the original I have NOT being able to successfully update the firmware for my Inspire 1
Even after DJI-Autumn trying to assist with my issue...Now even with the latest apdate there is no change and stillwill NOT update or enter travel mode.
[00019737][17 00][00] device not detected.
[00032269][17 01][00] device not detected.
These are the only two that FAIL the whole update...I have posted about this before.
Though at the same time has been able to fly.
So what to do....Do I send it into the DJI black hole with the possibility of it being lost in the system?
Request a refund through them?
Does the whole setup get returned "Everything"? or just the bird itself. And who pays the return shipping?
Send to th black hole. Aka DJI Repair. Keep VERY GOOD RECORDS of shipment to DJI, along with documents showing they are expecting it (You need an RMA #). Expect it to take 8 weeks.
