Hi all
Just unboxed the RS3 Pro and attached the R5. Enabled bluetooth and got a successful connection, gimbal all correctly balanced etc.

Hit record button halfway - didnt focus
Hit record button all the way - nothing.
Moved the dial left and right  nothing.

I thought the Canon R5 was 100% Bluetooth compatible with the RS3 ?? Have already upgraded the firmware to the latest version too.....


Any advice?

I can't get my R5 to connect to the RS3 via the cable at all. won't record or focus. Bluetooth will record, but it's supposed to control focus via the cable.
