I recently sent away my drone for repair due to not having camera feed and not being able to control the gimbal. I just got it back and while I can control the gimbal now I still don't have any camera feed most of the time. Every now and again the camera feed will appear for a second or two before going black again. Is it possible that this is a firmware problem? I would prefer to not have to send it back again.

Can you confirm that you are referring to a Phantom 4 Multispectral, and tell us the controller, mobile device, and app you are using?

Have you tried updating firmware on both the controller and the drone?
We were having all sorts of gimbal issues that were making the P4M unusable and a firmware update seems to have fixed them.

@Phenomics- thanks for chiming in but you're replying to some rather old threads lately... The OP never even responded back in September 2022 whether he possessed a P4M or not.
