Hello together! I have a problem with my camera.
It's about the mode 4k60fps . When I turn it on, the image becomes as if there are fine cracks in it. I have made two screenshots here so you can better understand what I mean

It is only like this in this mode. 4k30Fps does not cause any problems. Does anyone know what this is ? Love greetings

May we please know what is the model of the mobile device that you are using please and kindly please try to uninstall and reinstall the DJI Mimo ( https://www.dji.com/downloads/djiapp/dji-mimo ) application for us to be able to isolate the said issue and kindly please save all of your important information before uninstalling the DJI Mimo application on your mobile device for you not to loose your files. If the issue persist kindly please try using a different recommended mobile device for us to be able to isolate the said issue. Thank you.

Hi, sorry for the late reply. Unfortunately, that did not help either . It remains so crackly
What I noticed is that "high quality" only go in 4k30fps. On 4k60fps only battery save mode.

I have a Xiaomi Redmi 10 Pro.  I also tested it with the Samsung Galaxy 10 and the result was the same.

So far...Have someone maybe another idea what the problem is?

I also dont unse ND filter and i have all settings on auto, slow follow and in 4k30fps it is high quality and in 4k60fps i can only use battery mode.. Most i also use my mobile phone with the camera (DJI Mimo) for filming.

Hope someone have a idea...
