I bought mavic 2, installed DJI GO4 on Samsung A53. Everything is connected, but the screen does not show what the camera is recording. the screen is black. I have reinstalled several times. still not working. is the DJI GO4 compatible with A53 ? I tried DJI on an older Motorola Moto G8 and everything works normally.

Hello there R021. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. After checking the mobile device ( Samsung A53 ) that your are using on the DJI Go 4 application. I am sorry to say that the mobile device is not yet recommended for the DJI application. DJI would suggest using a recommended mobile device for the DJI Go 4  application for compatibility and reliability purposes. There is a possibility that the Samsung A53 will be able to work on the DJI Go 4 application. But however, since it's not yet optimized for the DJI application we cannot guaranteed if it will work all the time and if it will be able to run all the functions of the DJI Go 4 application while using it. For reference I will post a DJI link  where in you can find the recommended mobile device for the DJI Go 4 application ( https://www.dji.com/downloads/djiapp/dji-go-4 ) . In addition support for additional mobile devices available as testing and development continues. Thank you.

Hi there, may we know the DJI GO 4 app version you are using on Samsung A53 for better confirmation? This phone is not listed on the compatibility list, however, you can try to install the latest version (download link: https://www.dji.com/downloads/djiapp/dji-go-4) and check the transmission is resumed.

If not, please download the app using the link below and try to turn on the USB debugging under developer option on your mobile device then check if the issue persists. Please let us know. Hi,
I DL today from dji site, and I have Samsung A53.

Tried to get it working with Mavic 2 pro, same as above.
No picture on the phone. So I used my old Samsung S20 and it worked.

Do you have any solution for A53 or any plans?

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we do apologize for the trouble. It has been confirmed that your mobile device Samsung A53 is not currently compatible. It can be preliminarily determined that the issue is caused by a compatibility error. Since there are many device models awaiting testing, this issue cannot be resolved in the short term. If you have an urgent flight mission, it is recommended that you use the app with your Samsung S20 or with one of the supported mobile device models listed on the DJI official website in order to avoid a flight mission failure. We apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding and support.
