What’s New

• Added support for Remote Control with Watch. Current version only supports Apple Watch. Refer to https://www.dji.com/osmo-mobile-6/faq for more information on the devices supported by the DJI Mimo app. Users can view the camera feed, control the gimbal direction and adjust the composition, switch between portrait and landscape mode, and enable ActiveTrack remotely on the watch. When shooting is complete, the captured photo or the first frame of the video can be viewed remotely on the watch.
• Optimized ActiveTrack function. Optimized the ActiveTrack performance and the UI display, providing more stable subject tracking and a smoother shooting experience.
• Optimized the AI Editor for Parents & Kids Mode. The recorded video can be automatically edited and generated in the DJI Mimo app when shooting is complete.

Ha ha, first comment; anyway, Dji the new slate grey on the OM6 looks really sleek, definitely was a great choice as it looks more professional and is right up there with the Ronin series, thumbs up from me.

So if I'm reading correctly, it is not supporting my S22 ultra. That means that all the functions DJI adds with the gimbal are not compatible, or is there still value in getting the OM 6 for s22 ultra users ? Like can we do basic functions

You should probably make it clear that the DJI Mimo app required to make all the features work does not support recording directly to SD card on any Android device and that this has been a known issue with the app and Android phones since 2019.

I may be wrong but on a other post, a Dji Moderator had replied to someone who had asked this question as to why it wasn’t compatible and what they said was that the only thing that doesn’t work is the face touch up features but it still should work. And also i know for my self that I’m still able to use the gimbal and use all its settings but though just my iPhones camera, so you should still be able to activate the gimbal and use your phone and use also it’s camera just not through the Mimo app, but I could be wrong, not really a 100%.

Hello there. Sorry for the late response. Are you still experiencing the issue when updating the firmware? If so, Please try this: Before updating, ensure that the battery level of the device is above 50%. Be sure to insert a microSD card before updating the firmware. While updating, do not power off the device or disconnect the USB cable. Otherwise, the update may fail. During updating, it is normal that the screen is grayed out and shows a warning stating that the update progress is XX%, and the image transmission view may appear. Do nothing before the update is completed to avoid affecting the normal updating process. Please keep me posted. Thank you for your patience. Have a great day ahead.

I would like to know if the HUAWEI P60 pro + DJI6  supports 4K video recording at 60(fps). If it does, I'd greatly appreciate confirmation.

If, by chance, this feature is not currently available, I'm curious to learn if there are any plans to introduce it in the near future. I believe many of us would be thrilled to have this enhancement, as it would undoubtedly elevate our video recording and content creation possibilities.

Thank you for continuing to update ActiveTrack, it is appreciated.  It would be helpful to know more about what was optimized in its performance in this update so we could be assured when using it what its limitations are.

It is recommended to use smartphones with a width of 67-84 mm, thickness of 6.9-10 mm, and weight of 170-290 g. Please visit the official DJI website for the full compatibility list via this link. 1. Clear the DJI Mimo cache. Restart the DJI Mimo and DJI device.
2. Disconnect the DJI device from the mobile device. Re-connect the DJI device to the mobile device and update again.
3. Use another mobile phone for updating.
4. Try another network for updating.
5. Try updating again after deleting unused Bluetooth pairings from the mobile device.
6. If the updating still fails after the above methods have been tried, we recommend contacting us at www.dji.com/support (Contact Us) for further assistance.

I tried a mobile 3 using the latest mini app using Samsung a32 and I see everything work in the app. No slow motion. But all functionality of the hardware works

Mimo V2.0.4 has not fixed the 4K60FPS jitters on my iPhone 14 Pro.  This has been reported by many users.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE can we get compatibility with GOOGLE PIXEL 8 PRO?
Is it so difficult since it already supports the previous 7 pro?

Is there anything wrong with your product usage? Your device GOOGLE PIXEL 8 PRO is not Listed as a Supported Mobile Device on DJI Official Website. Generally, devices not listed as supported mobile devices can also be used if their system versions are the same or later than those published on the DJI official website (Beta system versions may not be compatible), but their stabilization has not yet been verified. It is recommended that you download and install the app to test the basic functions, or go to a nearby outlet (if any) for product testing.

Unfortunately, zooming in and out using the Apple Watch isn't available yet. Currently, the DJI Mimo app's Apple Watch functionality is limited to basic controls like taking photos, recording videos, virtual gimbal joystick, ActiveTrack, switching between portrait and landscape modes, and re-centering the gimbal.

Alternatively, open the DJI Mimo app on your iPhone, and connect to your Osmo Mobile 6 via Bluetooth. Enter the camera view and adjust the zoom parameters for your needs.
