I bought a new dji osmo mobile 6. my phone is s22 ultra. the phone gets extremely hot when i start using mobile 6. what is the reason?

Ich bin wirklich enttäuscht von dem DJI OM6!! Man kauft ein neues Gerät um echt viel Geld und dann speisen Sie Dich hier mit ausreden über neues UPDATE ab!!! Warte jetzt seit Monaten auf das UPDATE das den Gimbal wirklich brauchbar  für das S22 Ulzra macht !!!! Aber nichts passiert

I just picked up the OSMO 6, and it still cannot:

- Do any type of recording at 60fps
- Use any camera other than the main camera
- Record in HDR
- Any proper zoom functionality

This is extremely disappointing, especially when the s22 ultra is one of the most popular Android devices out.

Is there any type of update releasing soon, or is there at the minimum confirmation that these features are being worked on?

If not, I will be returning this product

Hello, if your phone is with snapdragon cpu variant you can experience overheating when just stay on Camera app (built-in app)

I can confirm that with OM6 and s22 ultra when using the zoom function, at 10x periscope camera turns on and the quality is very good

Please don't worry. The next version of Mimo APP 1.8.4 will support Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra.
For the current version,  the beauty function does not take effect, but other functions are OK.

How about the compatibility with the S23?And when is the upgrate to mimo 1.8.4?

In theory, a device that meets system requirements can be used even if it is not in the Compatibility List, but its stabilization has not been verified. Due to port access restrictions from the mobile phone manufacturer for a third-party app (including DJI Mimo), there might be some differences in actual brightness, color, resolution, and image quality with mobile phone cameras when taking photos/videos with third-party software such as DJI Mimo. DJI engineers are communicating with mobile phone manufacturers to determine an optimization solution. Thank you for your understanding and support.
If you prefer your mobile phone camera’s image quality, you can use your mobile phone for taking photos or recording videos and use the gimbal to achieve three-axis stabilization and smooth camera movement. Alternatively, you can use ActiveTrack, ShotGuides, and Gesture Control in DJI Mimo to achieve follow-up recording, multi-scene recording guides, and control of the camera with gestures to create better videos. However, due to the numerous mobile device models available that are subject to software and hardware updates, the DJI engineers are unable to test all devices.
