plug charger in all 4 lights from left to right will flash once then the first left led will flash quickly on and off

Hi Rick, may I know if the controller can be powered on? If so, you may try to power the controller and charge it again. If the issue persists, you may need to send the controller back.

The controller powers on then off.  It has too small of a charge.  I'm trying to charge it after about 18 months of non-use.  
The first led on the left blinks 3 quick consecutive times then pause then 3 times again.
This obviously means something.  Just need to know what
