I have a brand new, fully charged DJI MIC. Went on holiday for a week, came home, and noticed the MIC case but also the transmitters had drained completely empty? Is this normal behavior? Can't imagine why it would do this.

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the trouble. Can you please try to recharge the DJI Mic and check if the issue persists? Also, did the transmitter and the receiver does the same issue? Kindly please recharge all the components and check if there are some changes. Please keep us posted. Thank you.

It is  the second time this happened. When I got it seemed fully charged and discharged itself.

I then charged the case with the receiver and transmitters again for 24 hours, unplugged it, left for the holidays, and when I returned all components were 'dead'.

Thank you for your response and we're sorry for the unpleasant experience. In this kind of situation, I'm afraid that you may consider sending the unit in for a proper diagnosis. You can contact our support team to start up a ticket at https://www.dji.com/support . Also, the warranty can be applied depending on the outcome of the damage assessment including the warranty period of your unit. Thank you for your kind and understanding.

Thanks for the quick reply. Since I just charged it again, I will give it a few more days and see what happens.

However, I noticed that one transmitter shows 14,9h and the other 13.0h charge. It has been doing this from day one. That seems odd and perhaps related to the discharging. I have only used the DJI MIC for no more than 2 hours of recording.

Something similar is happening to mine. Simply one of the tx units does not work.
