Hi,

I have a problem with Dji OM 5 and iPhone 13 Pro while in telephoto (0,5 zoom) - part, rather edge of gimbal is visible while recording. Phone is perfectly balanced by instructions and calibrated. Does anyone else have problem? Is there a fix? This is very frustrating!

also, I made mistake earlier, the problem is with ultra wide lens, not telephoto.

I reached out to support but no response yet for couple of days.

Hello, I dont have other device nor is it the point. I managed to speak to customer support, and they said they are not aware of the problem but will look into it. And that I have to manualy balance it.

Hi, well it works. I am just not sure it works as intended because it is not balanced per instructions. I am very disappointed in this product. It is not cheap, it should be regarded as best in class
