I'm using a new DJI Mini 3 Pro drone
right from the start  i don't have a straight horizon the right side is higher then the left side
and some times when i start up the aircaft it a bit of a strange noise dissapears after a second
is there something wrong with the gimbal (it works well accept hte levelling of the horizon)
i calibrated the gimbal ,the aircraft and the RC controller but the problem remains
how to fix it (it looks bad special in the video's )

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we're deeply sorry for the trouble. Can you please try to connect your drone to the DJI Assistant 2 software and please update/refresh the firmware to see if the issue persists? In addition, you may try to reset the gimbal settings under your Advance Gimbal settings then calibrate again the gimbal then check if the issue persists. Please keep us posted. Thank you.

I am on my 4th Mini 3 due to gimbal issues. 2 of them had a buzzing noise at startup. If that is what yours has, return it for another or send it to DJI for repair.

I tried everything calibrating everything
the only way to keep the horizon straight is manually set it but when I started up the next time I have to
do this again
very annoying

That's the same here

So I think there is something wrong with the gimbal

Well contacted DJI support and the only thing they could do is send it in for repair and that means that I will at least won't have a drone
for my work and I use it almost every day
Warrenty goes through the reseller and that means that I will mis the drone for two weeks
not a service with I'm use to due to the warranty
