DJI OM5: Shaky Footage

Hello everyone,

I bought an DJI OM5 a few weeks ago and i am having an problem with the  product. All footage are very shaky. I didnt have the Problem with the OM 3.


I was using my OM3 for 3 Years now, i know the Ninja Walk with closed Eyes and made a lot of great Videos with it.

But the OM5 with the new magnetic System isnt made for my Mobile Device. (Samsung S21 with or without Case)

I calibrate the OM5 everytime. But i also  had to manuel move the tilt 3.0 to the right because it was tilted to the left side.


Is my Unit broken? Am i broken?

Hello there Pascal_e36. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. Kindly please try to uninstall and reinstall the DJI Mimo ( https://www.dji.com/downloads/djiapp/dji-mimo ) application for us to be able to isolate the said issue and kindly please save all of your important information before uninstalling the DJI Mimo application on your mobile device for you not to loose your files. If the issue persist kindly please try using a different recommended mobile device for us to be able to isolate the said issue. Thank you.

Thanks for the quick Reply!
I already reinstalled the Mimo App and used my old Samsung S20 (same Problem)
I also made it trough every Step from the "Troubleshooting for DJI OM 5 Gimbal Vibration Problem" Post here on your Website.
But still, same Problem.
Is it beccause i use the Extension Rod? Maybe the Rod cause this Shaky Problem.
