Goggles V2 will not update to 1.03. update fails, repeated trys , DJI online support zero help.

DJI Thor.  IMac OS 12.5, I spent hour on chat with your SDJI  support person we went through all this line of questions. I was instructed to Uninstall and reinstalled DJi assistant 2 FPV and did. Still same results.
Can you pull transcript and look at it.  Or maybe your team look at the actual logs where i am trying to update firmware on my registered DJI product so you can diagnose why software is failing.
