I volunteer at our local school.  We have 2 tello drones we use.  We can not get one to fly?  Can you provide some assistance to get us going.  We have had it flying before, but not this year.  

In the tello app I get the attached screen.  But it won’t take off.  I have changed batteries and all the batteries came from dji. The same batteries work in the other tello drone.

I also attached the screenshot in the tello edu app.  Says all is good… but won’t take off?  

The wifi connection says Connected without internet.  The drone is flashing a hot pink light.
